who are looking to recruit an experienced
Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE)
to join their growing disputes team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator to take ownership of a varied caseload and play a key role in the department’s continued development.About the Role:This is a broad litigation role with a particular focus on
Property Litigation ,
Civil Litigation , and
Debt Recovery . The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution with minimal supervision, while also contributing to the wider team and the firm’s business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Managing a range of litigation matters including:Property disputes
(commercial and residential)Debt recovery mattersHandling cases from inception to conclusion, including advocacy where appropriate.Advising clients clearly and effectively on strategy, risks, and outcomes.Drafting legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.Working closely with other departments where matters cross over.Engaging in business development and networking activities to grow the department’s profile.Supervising junior fee earners or support staff where required.What They’re Looking For:A UK-qualified solicitor with a
minimum of 4 years’ PQE
in litigation.Strong experience in
Property Litigation ,
Civil Litigation , and
Debt Recovery .Confident managing files independently and making strategic decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.A commercial mindset and proven
business development experience .Someone who thrives in a busy, client-facing role and enjoys working autonomously.The firm offers a
