to join their thriving disputes team.The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload of contentious property matters, including:Landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential)Lease forfeiture, dilapidations, and disrepair claimsRights of way, boundary, and access disputesParty wall and easement issuesBreach of contract and co-ownership disputesProfessional negligence claims involving property professionalsThe Ideal Candidate:At least 4 years’ PQE with strong experience in property litigationConfident in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervisionStrong business development skills and the ability to cultivate client relationshipsA collaborative team player who can also operate independentlyWorking Arrangements -
During the probation period, you’ll be office-based to integrate with the team and gain familiarity with systems and processes. Once passed, you’ll have the flexibility to work hybrid, with a minimum of
