Circa £60,000–£70,000 (depending on experience and location)

The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing practice. This is a flexible role with a diverse caseload, including general civil and commercial disputes. Experience in employment litigation is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and progress a varied civil and commercial litigation caseload.

Provide strategic advice to clients and represent them in legal proceedings.

Draft, review, and file legal documents and correspondence.

Collaborate with senior lawyers to deliver high-quality client service.

Candidate Profile

Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.

Employment litigation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Confident client-facing skills and ability to manage cases independently.

Flexible regarding office location; Bromley is preferred for more senior applicants.
