Assess life and health protection risks in line with operational underwriting guidelinesDeliver well-reasoned decisions, referring complex cases when appropriateCommunicate clearly and professionally with advisers, policyholders, and internal teamsSupport retrospective underwriting activities and contribute to claims assessmentsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support a culture of continuous enhancementConsistently apply the FCA’s “Treating Customers Fairly” principles in all decisions and communicationsWhat We’re Looking For:
