Our client, a highly successful international law firm, is seeking an experienced Human Resourcing Administrator to join their busy team in their London offices.Candidates must have proven experience in an HR environment in a known City law firm, including all aspects of general HR administration.Day-to-day tasks will include:Dealing with agencies to set up interviewsOrganising contracts of employment and offer lettersLiaising with payroll to set up new starter detailsCo-ordinating induction daysDealing with holiday and sickness recordsSupporting trainee recruitmentCo-ordinating annual salary and bonus reviewsThe ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.You should also be driven, confident, pro-active, and able to deal with all levels (partners, clients, secretaries, other support teams).This is a brand new and exciting role, ideal for someone looking to develop their career within legal human resourcing in a progressive and rapidly expanding law firm.Please send your CV for review to receive a full job ..... full job details .....
