Legal Assistant/Secretary

We are working with a fantastic legal firm based in Spalding who are looking for a Legal Assistant/Secretary to join their successful company. You will provide excellent customer service and administration support to the business. To be considered for the role, you''ll require the following essentials: Excellent knowledge and experience within a legal environment Experience of working as a Legal Assistant or Secretary Be confident speaking with clients either on the phone or face to face Strong knowledge of MS Office and case management systems Possess high levels of speed and accuracy The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a legal environment. You will be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner. Being highly organised with fantastic attention to detail is a must for this role. As part of the conveyancing team, you''ll be: Liaising with clients via phone and face to face Updating the CRM system with relevant information Updating the filing system and opening and closing of files Archiving of files Postal duties including preparing parcels for dispatching General office duties such as filing and photocopying Providing an excellent customer service to the wider team, business and clients Emailing, photocopying, filing of letters, emails and documents Maintaining accurate files and case management records Scanning incoming mail Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Supporting the smooth running of the wider ..... full job details .....
