Working within a Childcare and Early Years department, you will: Deliver engaging Childcare and Early Years teaching Support learners working towards relevant vocational qualifications Deliver both theoretical and practical learning activities Share current knowledge of early years practice and child development Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback Support learners preparing for placements and future employment Monitor learner progress, attendance and achievement Support learners with SEN/ALN or behavioural needs Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement What We''re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or a relevant discipline Strong professional experience within childcare or early years Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, child development and early years practice Experience ..... full job details .....
