Working within a Hair and Beauty department, you will: Deliver engaging Hair and Beauty teaching and learning Deliver practical salon-based sessions reflecting industry standards Demonstrate professional techniques and safe working practices Assess practical and theory-based work Support learners working towards vocational qualifications Develop learners'' technical skills, confidence and employability Support learners with SEN/ALN or behavioural needs Monitor learner progress and achievement Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement What We''re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Hair, Beauty or a relevant discipline Strong industry experience within the Hair and Beauty sector Current knowledge of professional techniques and industry standards Experience supporting learners, apprentices or trainees ..... full job details .....
