Working within a Construction department, you will: Deliver engaging teaching and learning across Multi-Trades programmes Deliver practical workshop sessions covering a range of construction trades Develop learners'' practical skills in line with industry standards Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback Support learners working towards vocational qualifications Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships or further study Support learners with SEN/ALN or behavioural needs where required Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement What We''re Looking For Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade or multi-trade discipline Strong practical industry experience across construction trades Experience supporting apprentices, trainees or learners is desirable Strong practical and theoretical knowledge Ability to demonstrate ..... full job details .....
