The role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: -As part of the Talent and Learning team, the LandD Partner will implement our global ''Learning For All'' opportunities, enabling our continuous learning culture across the Company., Supporting our global learning strategy, the LandD Partner is responsible for analysing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating our global learning activities, systems, and processes to support people to work to their full potential. The LandD Partner will also be essential support for technical SME''s across Corporate and Business Unit to support the development of content, with the application of innovative learning principles and technologies.• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and the Company''s Procedures• Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with the Company''s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required• Analyse performance needs across the global Business Units and Corporate Centre, focusing on ''Learning For All'' activities.• Work in partnership with Corporate and Business Unit SME''s and ..... full job details .....
