A well-established St. James''s Place Partner Practice near Watford is looking to add an experienced Financial Administrator to their friendly and supportive team.This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands the SJP systems and processes and enjoys working in a close-knit practice where everyone works together to deliver a great service to clients.The practice currently supports around 700 clients and is going through a positive period of change, streamlining the client bank to focus on delivering a high-quality service to its core clients.You''ll work closely with two Financial Advisers, supporting them with day-to-day client administration and helping keep the practice running smoothly.The RoleAs a Financial Administrator, you''ll be responsible for supporting advisers with a range of client servicing and administrative tasks, including:Preparing client valuations, documentation, and meeting packsSubmitting new business through SJP systemsHandling ongoing policy servicing and client administrationLiaising with clients and internal teams to provide updatesMaintaining accurate client recordsAssisting with light paraplanning work where required (complex work is outsourced)Who They''re Looking ForThis role would suit someone who has experience working within a St. James''s Place practice and is comfortable supporting advisers in a busy client-facing environment.You will ideally be:Experienced with SJP systems and processesOrganised and ..... full job details .....
