Learning and Development Partner - Up to £40,000 per annum + 5k car allowanceWe have an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner to join a strong and well-established Home Management and Regional Team to ensure our team members are suitably qualified to deliver excellent levels of nursing and care.Our Essex and London region comprises 16 nursing and care homes therefore travel across the portfolio would be required supported with two other L and D Partners.Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining us you will become one of the ''family'' and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:Salary: up to £40,000 per annumCar Allowance: £5,000 - business milage will be paid Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to FridayThis is an onsite role About you:Recognised trainer qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Teaching diploma/degree or aboveExperience of training delivery within a social care settingA qualification in Health and Social Care is desirableAble to work independently and part of a teamClear report writing and presenting complex data in a digestible format for a variety of audiencesCar owner and full driving licence to be able to travel across the servicesExcellent communicator with adaptable style for learnersGood organisational skillsExperience of managing L and D ..... full job details .....
