Working closely with leaders and colleagues across the business, you will design and deliver innovative learning programmes that develop talent at every stage of the employee lifecycle, from early careers through to senior leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Learning and Business Partnership Develop and deliver the organisation''s learning and development framework in line with business priorities. Partner with senior stakeholders and departmental leaders to identify capability gaps and establish targeted development solutions. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the wider business. Provide expert guidance on talent development trends, learning methodologies, and best practice. Talent Development and Career Pathways Lead and enhance programmes supporting graduates, apprentices, trainees, and early-career professionals.
