Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Learning and Development Manager to join a busy HR team. You ll take ownership of learning and development across the organisation, from identifying training needs and designing programmes through to delivery, evaluation and administration.Working with managers and senior stakeholders, you ll help develop learning plans that support employee development, early careers, leadership and wider business objectives.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: Design and deliver engaging learning programmes and workshops.Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders.Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Use learning systems, digital tools and Microsoft 365 confidently.Analyse data and use feedback to improve learning.Communicate confidently with people at all levels.Work with discretion and a professional, inclusive approach. Within this position, you ll also be: Developing and delivering the organisation s LandD strategy and annual learning plans.Identifying training needs and recommend effective learning solutions.Managing early careers, apprenticeships, induction and progression programmes.Designing and delivering workshops covering leadership, management, professional and workplace skills.Coordinating mandatory, compliance and regulatory training.Managing the learning calendar, bookings, records, suppliers and budgets.Monitoring participation, feedback and outcomes to measure the ..... full job details .....
