SWRP are delighted to be recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager on behalf of a highly regarded professional services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to shape and drive the learning agenda across a multi-site business. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and HR colleagues, you''ll play a key role in developing talent, supporting career progression and creating meaningful learning opportunities across the organisation. The Role As Learning and Development Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation''s learning and development strategy, ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to high-quality development opportunities that support both individual growth and wider business objectives. This is a varied and hands-on position that combines strategic planning with practical delivery. You''ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify development needs, design learning solutions, coordinate training programmes and monitor their effectiveness. A particular focus of the role will be supporting early careers programmes, internal progression pathways, leadership development, compliance training and the ongoing development of a positive learning culture.
