We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at our Syon Grange and Colne Grange early years specialist education sites, based in Isleworth, London. The postholder will work collaboratively with the school\''s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students who may present with complex profiles of need.Location: Syon Grange and Colne Grange. Syon Grange and Colne Grange School forms part of our Options Autism brand and is an independent specialist day school, supporting young people aged 16-25.Responsibilities

Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need (autism and other neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH).Meet EHCP needs with a target-led approach embedded in clinical practice (OFG \''all\'', \''group\'', and \''individual\'' methods).Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and lead service development of the school-based clinical service alongside the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.Maintain a person-centred safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them.Collaborate with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead on service development and improvement.Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Speech and Language TherapyValid and up-to-date professional registration and membership (e.g., BPS)Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needsClear and concise report writing for clinical and research activitiesExperience providing supervision and supporting a therapy teamAbility to work independently and flexibly within a growing clinical serviceExperience of multi-professional work within the designated specialty (preferred)Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleSalary and Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 FTE, DOE, plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (paid in two installments). Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract: Permanent (term-time only or flexible around a full-time contract can be discussed). Benefits include life assurance, pension options, wellbeing services, and a range of discounts. You will work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% pay (4DWW, subject to probation).About Outcomes First Group
