Astute''s Renewables team is partnered with an established renewable energy business operating across the UK and Ireland to recruit a Lead Asset Manager based in Milton Keynes, with some UK travel required.The Lead Asset Manager role offers a salary up to 52k depending on experience, along with private healthcare, life assurance, pension, flexible working, and a discretionary performance bonus.If you have experience managing the technical, commercial and contractual performance of utility-scale renewable energy assets and are looking to take on a leadership position within a growing operational environment, please submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Lead Asset Manager roleReporting to the Senior Operations Manager you will:Lead the operational, commercial, contractual and financial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar assets across the UK.Act as the primary client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.Manage and optimise asset performance, monitoring KPIs, identifying trends and risks, and implementing corrective actions to maximise asset value and minimise downtime.Oversee OandM contracts, service agreements, contract compliance, renewals and commercial risk management.Support budgeting and cost control, while identifying revenue-generating opportunities that enhance portfolio profitability and client outcomes.Lead, mentor and develop a team of Asset Managers, fostering ..... full job details .....
