Role: Global Study Asset Manager

Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 6 months, Inside IR35
Pay: -339.27 - -376.97 per day PAYE basic or -450 - -500 per day Umbrella

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Global Study Asset Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading global healthcare organisation.

This is a senior clinical operations role responsible for the operational delivery of a portfolio of global clinical studies, working across internal study teams, CROs, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Requirements:

• Significant clinical study management experience within global clinical trials
• Strong clinical operations and study delivery experience
• Phase III experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of the drug development process, ICH and GCP
• Experience managing studies from operational planning through to database lock
• Experience overseeing CROs, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of study timelines, quality, risks and KPIs
• Life Sciences degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, complex global environment

The Role:

• Coordinate the operational delivery of multiple studies within an asset portfolio
• Ensure studies progress in line with ICH-GCP, SOPs and study plans
• Support development of key study documents and operational plans
• Manage study recruitment expectations and forecasting
• Oversee study performance, quality, timelines, risks and KPIs
• Partner closely with CROs and internal global study teams
• Lead third-party vendor selection, set-up, oversight and close-out
• Maintain inspection readiness
• Manage IMP supply and shipment where required
• Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across studies
