The Junior Sous Chef role based in London involves supporting a two-AA fine dining restaurant and banqueting operations within an exclusive Mayfair hotel. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum for a 48-hour working week. You will assist an Executive Chef known for modern European cuisine, helping to lead a brigade of twenty across a single main kitchen. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards for afternoon tea service and forty-cover dining, plus menu execution and section management. The ideal candidate brings strong organisational skills, classical culinary technique, and previous supervisory experience in a quality hotel or restaurant setting.
