Junior Account Manager Uxbridge / Hybrid Working£30,000 - £32,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmAre you looking to develop your career within account management? You will support the Account Management team while gradually taking ownership of your own portfolio of customer accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of customer accounts.Coordinate new product launches and promotional activity.Ensure product information is accurate across customer platforms.Build strong relationships with customers and become their main point of contact.Handle customer enquiries, quotations and account administration.Monitor product and promotional performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.Liaise with internal departments including marketing, procurement and product teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.Assist with planning customer activities and commercial initiatives.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience within an account management, sales support, customer service or commercial support role.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent ..... full job details .....
