This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding their client relationships, ensuring the continued success in our sales and customer service efforts.Day-to-day of the role:Generate sales among existing and new client accounts globally, including upselling and cross-selling.Serve as the primary and responsive point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients in person and on the phoneDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts, ensuring consistent service across the organisation.Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.Communicate client needs and demands to the IT and Support teams.Forecast and track client account metrics, identifying trends or concerns.Manage projects within client relationships to meet company goals.Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through a consultative approachCoordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines.Maintain records of client ..... full job details .....
