Role: IT Support Technician (3 month FTC)Location: Oxford Salary: £30,000?ProfilePlanet Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading global provider of elite summer schools.If you''ve worked in a 1st/2nd line support environment and are available immediately, this could be a great fit.The IT Support Technician will play a critical role in ensuring all technology, devices, and systems are effectively deployed, maintained and supported.This role combines project coordination, IT operations, and on-the-ground delivery across multiple UK locations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, delivery and support of IT and Telecoms systems and infrastructure projects across multiple summer school campuses.Coordinate the procurement of campus IT and Telecoms equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, printers, and related accessories.Manage the setup, configuration, and allocation of laptops and mobile devices to staff across summer delivery teams.Support the setup and maintenance of campus IT and Telecoms infrastructure, including:WiFi configuration and troubleshootingPrinter procurement, setup, and on-site supportPhone systems and calling routes, including emergency phone setupAct as the first point of contact for IT support queries, triaging inbound helpdesk calls and emails and escalating issues where necessary.Desirable experience:Experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations.Experience with Google Workspace administration.Experience ..... full job details .....
