IT Support Engineer, Family Office

Tiger Private is seeking a versatile IT Support Engineer to provide dedicated support to a high-profile client, their family, and a small family office. Working alongside an established IT team, this role will take the lead on all day-to-day technical requirements within the household. Responsibilities will span multiple residences and include support across mobile devices, home entertainment systems, and Wi-Fi networks, covering both personal and professional environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide hands-on IT support across multiple locationsManage Apple and Android devices, alongside Microsoft systems (including Exchange)Maintain and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks and home entertainment systemsDiagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in person and remotelyAssess existing infrastructure and recommend improvementsOffer clear, user-friendly technical guidance and product adviceSupport digital platforms and social media where requiredCandidate Profile:Proven experience in a client-facing IT support role (private/UHNW experience beneficial)Strong knowledge of Apple, Android, Microsoft, and networking environmentsFamiliarity with smart home and entertainment technologiesProactive, flexible, and solutions-driven with a "can-do" attitudeExcellent communication skills and a high level of discretionWorking schedule Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 office based with out of hours support if required.
