This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously and solving problems end-to-end.IT Support Engineer Role You''ll provide both onsite and remote support across multiple client environments, taking ownership of issues and ensuring a smooth end-user experience. Key responsibilities include:Delivering onsite support as part of a managed service offeringProviding remote support via RDP/RDS and monitoring toolsDiagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issuesTaking ownership of support tickets through to resolutionInstalling and configuring systems, devices and applicationsMaintaining accurate documentation and updating stakeholders on progressAbout You You''ll have experience in a client-facing 1st line role, with strong troubleshooting skills and confidence working independently on customer sites. IT Support Engineer experience required:Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCPMicrosoft 365 administration (including user provisioning)Windows 11 and Windows Server environmentsNetwork infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)Printer and peripheral setupBackup and endpoint protection solutionsGeneral network and system monitoring Exposure to AWS or cloud environments would be beneficial. ..... full job details .....
