We offer services in connectivity, network and cybersecurity, voice, IT support, and data storage and backupResponsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone and emailLog and manage incidents using service management toolsResolve issues in line with SLAs or escalate to second/third-line support when necessaryAttend customer sites for installations and troubleshootingAssist in building and supporting VOIP platforms and full-fibre networksMaintain accurate documentation for hardware and software systemsSupport senior engineers on projects and complex faultsDesirable skills:Windows 11 and Office 365Basic networking conceptsLAN/WAN technologies (routers, switches, firewalls)Fibre optic communicationsVOIP, SIP, ISDNBroadband technologies (ADSL/VDSL, FTTC, FTTP, Point-to-Point)Strong customer service focusProactive and able to work under pressureGood initiative and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licenseEntry requirements:3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subjectGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a ..... full job details .....
