IT Support Analyst

Overview

Excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a global manufacturing organisation providing 1st and 2nd line support on an initial 6-month contract - £150 per day (INSIDE IR35).Location: East Kilbride, with occasional travel to another central Scotland site. Immediate starter required.What you will do

Provide 1st and 2nd line support across desktop, laptop, server, and printer systemsAdminister Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environmentsPerform patching and support for various business applicationsManage IT peripherals and printer systems across multiple UK sitesRegister and manage change requests and trouble ticketsParticipate in IT projects focused on system modernisationWhat you will bring

Degree in an IT-related disciplineMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong technical knowledge and analytical skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft applications and general IT infrastructureTrack record of troubleshooting issuesExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsAbility to think outside the box, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of issuesPrevious experience working in a manufacturing organisationAdditional Info

8am – 4pm (with occasional out-of-hours work)Location:
