ResponsibilitiesDesign, integrate and optimize service management tooling across the business.

Qualifications

Extensive experience architecting service management tooling including automation

Experience of Helix ITSM tool (or similar) and its integration with other platforms

Experience decommissioning Legacy ITSM tools

Experience aligning with enterprise architecture governance and compliance in global corporations

Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with design authorities

Ideally, experience within the retail sector
