Responsibilities

Architecting service management tooling including automation

Design and integration of Helix ITSM tool (or similar) with other platforms

Decommissioning legacy ITSM tools

Aligning with enterprise architecture governance and compliance in global corporations

Strong stakeholder management, particularly with design authorities

Qualifications

Extensive experience architecting service management tooling including automation

Experience of Helix ITSM tool (or similar) and its integration with other platforms

Experience decommissioning legacy ITSM tools

Experience aligning with enterprise architecture governance and compliance in global corporations

Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with design authorities

Ideally, experience within the retail sector
