IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st / 2nd line - Nottingham - Hybrid Working IT Service Desk Analyst with strong experience in an IT helpdesk or service desk support role is required by a leading company in Nottingham. In this role, you will be the first line of support for IT issues across the firm, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve employee issues promptly and to contribute to the team by providing excellent IT support.
