Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the technology and business systems roadmap. Lead and improve core IT and business systems across multiple sites. Drive system optimisation, process improvement and operational efficiency. Manage and develop relationships with outsourced IT partners, ensuring strong service delivery, accountability and value for money. Define and refine responsibilities between internal teams and third-party technology providers. Own cyber security strategy, governance and risk management. Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Provide leadership to a small internal team whilst coordinating external support partners.
