Admissions Manager Newmarket Luxury Care Home £45,000 + Commission Are you a natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities and making a real difference? We''re looking for an Admissions and Business Development Manager to play a key role in a beautiful care home, helping families find the right care while driving occupancy and building strong relationships within the local community. What you''ll be doing: Welcoming and guiding prospective residents and families through the admissions journey. Conducting home tours and converting enquiries into admissions. Building relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals and local referral networks. Supporting local marketing initiatives and community events. Working closely with the Home Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. What we''re looking for: Experience in sales, admissions, customer relations or business development. A warm, personable and professional approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Someone who enjoys being out in the community and developing new connections. Care sector experience is helpful but not essential.
