Your new companyA positive and well-established organisation based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.Your new roleThis is a newly created temporary HR and Business Administrator job, which is likely to lead into a permanent position (although this isn''t 100% guaranteed). You will be supporting and working closely with the HR/Payroll advisor and must have the ability to manage your own workloads. Duties include but not limited to:Assist the HR and Payroll AdministratorAssist with administration for the Senior Management teamType and send lettersUpdating spreadsheetsLogging time and attendanceManaging arrangements for meetings and events such as hotels, taxis, and cateringOrdering supplies and uniformsLogging invoicesCoordination of on-site IT updates/issues and online training coursesGeneral facilities and reception duties, including door passes and greeting visitorsWhat you''ll need to succeedGood IT knowledge; Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc), online and internal databases, portals.Strong administration experienceUsed to dealing with confidential informationBasic health and safety experienceGood interpersonal and written skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsPositive, helpful and a team playerHR or payroll exposure/experience would be advantageousWhat you''ll get in returnImmediate start for an ongoing temporary positionPossible permanent opportunity37. 5 hour weekHybrid working patternWhat you need to do nowIf you''re ..... full job details .....
