A charity are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join them for an initial 6 month period. The role is based in London, and offers hybrid working.

Description

An Interim HR Business Partner to:

• Support the Head of HR in modernising the HR function
• Provide operational and strategic HR activity
• Partner with leadership teams to implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Manage complex ER casework
• Support any change management activity
• Review current and develop new policies and procedures
• Embed policies, processes and procedures
• Review the current HRIS to align to new processes and policies
• Develop process maps and work flows

Profile

An Interim HR Business Partner with:

• Previous experience in the charity sector essential
• Previous HR Partnering experience, leading on strategic and operational activity
• Able to start at short notice
