A charity are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join them for an initial 6 month period. The role is based in London, and offers hybrid working.

Description
An Interim HR Business Partner to:
- Support the Head of HR in modernising the HR function
- Provide operational and strategic HR activity
- Partner with leadership teams to implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Manage complex ER casework
- Support any change management activity
- Review current and develop new policies and procedures
- Embed policies, processes and procedures
- Review the current HRIS to align to new processes and policies
- Develop process maps and work flows
Profile
An Interim HR Business Partner with:
- Previous experience in the charity sector essential
- Previous HR Partnering experience, leading on strategic and operational activity
- Able to start at short notice
