About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Collaborate with People Leaders at all levels to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance performance and support growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of HR programmes with business needs.
- Lead initiatives in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law and HR best practises across various European jurisdictions.

How You''ll Make An Impact:
- Operate as a strategic HR partner, driving performance and effectiveness within dedicated client groups.
- Support organisational design and restructuring initiatives, optimising roles and responsibilities.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on performance management and employment-related matters.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights that influence decision-making and drive organisational success.
Essential Experience You''ll Bring:
- CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).
- Strong HR generalist experience in relevant sectors (e.g., start-ups, fintech).
- Senior HRBP experience with a solid understanding of employment law in the UK and across Europe.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cultures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Language skills in Italian, German, Dutch, or French are a plus.
- M&A experience and familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
