The Package £85,000 - £90,000 salary 10% employer pension contribution 4-day working week - full-time hours worked across 4 days, with every Friday off Only 2 days per week on-site in Uxbridge 14-month maternity cover Senior position reporting directly to the Finance Director The Role You''ll take ownership of the financial control, accounting and compliance function, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting and continuous improvement across the finance operation. Key responsibilities will include: Leading financial control, accounting and compliance activities Full ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls Monthly reporting and SOX reconciliations Statutory accounts and tax reporting Cash flow management and bank reconciliations Overseeing accounts payable and debtor management Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning Overhead and budget variance analysis Supporting and challenging budget holders across the business Leading the year-end ..... full job details .....
