Financial Controller

You will oversee the financial operations of a c. £12 million TO business in Doncaster whilst acting as a key strategic finance partner to the Managing Director. You will have the autonomy to put your stamp on the finance function and drive continuous improvements that you think fit. Client Details Our client is a profitable and well respected c. £12 million turnover manufacturing business based in Doncaster. It is a great time to join the business, as the new senior leadership team is investing in technology and keen to drive improvements across the business, including in finance, and you will have a pivotal role in this. Description As Financial Controller you will be reporting directly into the Managing Director, but will also have a dotted line into the CEO. This is a varied role, as it encompasses: managing the finance team, taking ownership of the company''s management and financial accounts, acting as a key strategic finance partner to the MD, supporting with an ERP system implementation and driving continuous improvements across the finance function.
