As an Interim Financial Controller, based in north Oxford, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the manufacturing sector. Your role will ensure the smooth running of financial processes, providing crucial support to the accounting and finance department. Description The Interim Financial Controller will: Manage the preparation of financial reports and statements. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Provide financial insights to support decision-making. Supervise and guide the finance team in daily operations. Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively. Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors. Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
