Financial Controller ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to: Managing and supporting a finance team consisting of a Finance Officer and two Finance Administrators to ensure accurate financial processes.Overseeing payroll processing, which is outsourced to third-party providers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Supporting the CFO by handling operational finance tasks and enabling strategic focus for organisational leadership.Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support organisational sustainability efforts.Leading on financial transactions, reconciliations, and month-end processes.Ensuring adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant compliance standards.Supporting change management initiatives within the finance function.Liaising with fundraising teams and managing grant allocations.
