The OpportunityA growing and well-established business in Bristol is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Operations Manager to provide leadership across its transactional finance function during a period of business transformation and continued growth.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and wider finance operations, whilst driving process improvements and supporting key operational projects.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Operations professional to join a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a transactional finance team covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit ControlEnsure all finance operations are delivered accurately and on timeReview and improve existing finance processes, controls and proceduresMonitor team KPIs and productivity, identifying areas for improvementSupport month-end close activities and reporting requirementsPartner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Commercial teamsDrive improvements in cash collection, debtor performance and supplier managementIdentify opportunities for automation and process efficienciesSupport ongoing finance transformation and systems improvement projectsManage escalated finance queries and provide operational leadership across the departmentAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you ..... full job details .....
