Interim Finance Manager

Operating within a complex and evolving environment, the organisation manages annual income and expenditure of approximately 1.4 million across multiple funding streams and serves a wide range of community-focused initiatives. Your New RoleAs Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the effective financial management of the organisation, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on financial leadership. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure robust financial controls, accurate reporting, effective budgeting and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities will include:Overseeing all day-to-day financial operations. Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior stakeholders.Monitoring income and expenditure against budget, identifying risks and opportunities. Managing cash flow and supporting long-term financial planning. Preparing year-end accounts and acting as the key contact for auditors or independent examiners.
