Job DescriptionThis interim position offers exposure to a broad spectrum of employment law, including:

High-profile litigation, investigations, and risk management

Strategic advisory work and employment compliance

Employment aspects of corporate transactions, including multi-jurisdictional MandA

Works council and union negotiations

ESG, DandI initiatives, and regulatory employment issues

The Successful Applicant

Extensive post-qualification experience in employment law

Background in a leading City or national employment practice

Strong exposure to advisory, litigation, and transactional work

Familiarity with financial services regulation (e.g. SMCR, remuneration code)

England and Wales qualified (or equivalent) with demonstrable UK employment law expertise

Excellent academic credentials

A client-focused mindset with commercial acumen and collaborative spirit
