The work is diverse and intellectually stimulating, spanning:Strategic employment advisory and complianceHigh-profile litigation and dispute resolutionEmployment aspects of MandA and other corporate transactionsRegulatory investigations and senior executive mattersCollective labour issues, including union and works council negotiationsESG, diversity and inclusion, and remuneration governanceYou''ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm and client organisations, contributing to some of the most significant mandates in the market.The Successful Applicant
Extensive post-qualification experience in employment lawBackground in a top-tier City or national employment practiceStrong exposure to advisory, litigation, and transactional mattersFamiliarity with financial services regulation (e.g. SMCR, remuneration code)England and Wales qualified (or equivalent) with solid UK employment law expertiseExcellent academic credentialsA commercial, client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skillsWhat''s on Offer
