Strategic employment advisory and compliance
High-profile litigation and dispute resolution
Employment aspects of MandA and other corporate transactions
Regulatory investigations and senior executive matters
Collective labour issues, including union and works council negotiations
ESG, diversity and inclusion, and remuneration governance
You''ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm and client organisations, contributing to some of the most significant mandates in the market.
Profile
Extensive post-qualification experience in employment law
Background in a top-tier City or national employment practice
Strong exposure to advisory, litigation, and transactional matters
Familiarity with financial services regulation (e. SMCR, remuneration code)
England and Wales qualified (or equivalent) with solid UK employment law expertise
Excellent academic credentials
A commercial, client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
