IT Support Analyst – Contract – LondonSynchro is partnering with a professional services organisation seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst on an initial 2 month contract.As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will provide end user support, assist with general floor-walking duties, and be involved with rollout and deployment work. You will be familiar with Intune, O365 / M365, Active Directory and have basic networking skills. This role will be predominantly based at the client site in London, with some remote working likely 3/4 days in the office and 1/2 days remote.Responsibilities

Provide end user support (BAU) and handle daily IT issues.Perform floor-walking duties and on-site assistance.Participate in rollout and deployment activities.Utilise Intune, Office 365 / Microsoft 365, Active Directory and basic networking skills.Required skills

Experienced IT Support Analyst with a broad range of technical skills.Skilled in providing BAU / end-user support.Deployment / rollout experience.Strong communication skills with an energetic, enthusiastic approach.Role details
