We’re looking for an

IT Help Desk Engineer

to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. If you enjoy problem-solving, have strong communication skills, and a solid background in SQL troubleshooting, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Responsibilities

Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or remote tools

Troubleshooting SQL databases (queries, stored procedures, performance issues)

Logging and documenting issues and resolutions clearly

Escalating complex cases to the right teams/vendors

Supporting software installations, updates, and configurations

Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and spot recurring issues

Staying up to date with our IT infrastructure and helpdesk systems

Qualifications

Previous experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support roles

Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Solid understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team
