Income Admin Officer

Description
- Assist with; The generation of invoices and credit notes, production and dispatch of automated / manual collection letters and emails, in accordance with agreed collections procedures, processes and timescales.
- Undertaking sales ledger, debt collection and income collection related administration processes, as determined by Income Manager / Head of Service.
- Assist with write off and refund processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the department.
- Support individuals in navigating financial systems and processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
Profile
A successful Income Officer should have:
- Recent experience of an administration role within an income collection team
- A good understanding of financial support and income management processes.
- Recent experience of working in accordance with income collection related procedures and policies
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams
- Providing a professional service to internal/external customers, colleagues and 3rd parties at all times
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of -15.0017.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- The flexibility to work from home (wfh).
