About the Role
Pertemps Loughborough Commercial is recruiting an Inbound Sales Advisor in Loughborough on a temp-to-permanent, full-time basis. This role involves 40 hours per week on rotational shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday, with one weekend shift every fortnight. You will handle calls from customers who have visited the company’s website and wish to purchase technology and services. Using effective listening and fact-finding, you will match customer needs to convert calls into sales while delivering a high standard of service. Full training and ongoing support are provided, so prior telephone sales experience is not required. The salary is £12.77 per hour.

As a Telephone Sales Advisor (Inbound) you’ll be speaking to customers who have previously visited the companies website and are looking to purchase some of the amazing technology and services.
Through effective listening, fact finding and matching the customers’ needs with their amazing technology and services, you’ll convert these calls into sales whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience and creating customers for life.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the websites
• Effectively pitching the benefits of products and services to customers
• Guiding the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed
• Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations
• Delivering a best-in-class customer experience
This role will involve dealing with credit(s) payments and setting up credit plans.
You will need:
• To be a confident communicator with strong people skills
• To be driven with the desire to consistently exceed sales targets
• IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently
• A passion for tech!
• Flexible and adaptable
• A passion for putting customers first and creating customers for life
• Previous sales experience would be desirable
