will provide an efficient and welcoming experience to all guests and coordinate the delivery and service of food and drinks to guest rooms.Your key responsibilities will be:Prepare and deliver In Room Dining orders promptly, and provide a warm, courteous, and professional service at every guest interaction, enhancing the overall hotel experience.Maintain a clean, organised and tidy service area, including pantry and staging areas, throughout the night shift.Ensure accurate allergen, dietary, and menu information is provided to guests.Carry out regular cleaning and operational checks of all In Room Dining equipment, including coffee and drinks machines.Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, submitting reorder requests when required.Display and rotate stock efficiently to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage handling practices.Respond to any guest requests or queries in a courteous and efficient manner.Here are just some of the great benefits our In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress [Nights]will receive:
