Responsibilities include supervising and training the team, coordinating with the kitchen and housekeeping departments, managing order accuracy and timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. You will be responsible for handling guest feedback professionally, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the management in achieving service excellence and guest satisfaction.We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.This is a full time position for 5 shifts per week including evenings and weekends. The breakfast shift starts at 6.30am and the evening shift finishes at 11pm.
