An important part of this is to get to know and most importantly to understand our new guests as well as our regular guests. All this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.Sometimes our guests have special requests involving purchasing specific food or beverage items, serving off menu requests, pre-ordering meals or placing additional fridges in the rooms. Most of these requests are fulfilled by the In In Room Dining Waiters with the support of the management team.The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an In-Room Dining Waiter, but well make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
What youll bringEssential Skills and ExperienceExperience inroom service, luxury restaurant, or hospitality guest service.
Strong attention to detail, with a passion forpresentation and personalisation.
Calm and composed under pressure, with a natural ability toanticipate guest needs.
High standard ofpersonal grooming and professionalism.
Fluent inEnglish, with confident and courteous communication skills.
Preferred Skills and ExperiencesKnowledge offood and beverage service standards, particularly within a five-star or boutique hotel setting.
Familiarity withluxury guest expectationsand the discretion required for high-profile clientele.
Understanding ofdietary requirements, menu items, and how to make recommendations or adjustments to suit guest needs.
